We are a small hobby breeder located in Nova Scotia , we have been involved with the Cane Corso for since 2000 and wouldn’t own any other breed as they are a big part of our family! We breed occasionally to improve the lines we chose initially, all of our original foundation dogs were imported from Europe and we have been very pleased with them . We have been involved in many things over the years with our Corso’s such as Obedience, Tracking, Personal Protection, Showing ,Lure Coursing and Sheep Herding and are very impressed with what they can achieve if the time is put in with them . We have the first Cane Corso to place in the working group with the CKC [ Berengario ] the first CC to take a group 1st with CKC Credi also Cleta won 2 BEST IN SHOW baby puppy with CKC, Cleto also won BOB under judge Stefano Gandolfi at our CCCC show { these 3 dogs are from our Berengario}. We strive to produce healthy, stable family companions that are capable of virtually anything you could ask of them. It is also very important to us that our dogs are health tested and have great temperaments , all of our dogs are DNA tested with the AKC , Also we register with AKC ,CLRC and have the MISC number with CKC in order to show our dogs as they can not be registered with them at this time. We are a registered breeder with the CLRC. We have worked hard with help from a few Corso enthusiast in recent years to obtain a registry for the Cane Corso in Canada with the CLRC { Canadian Livestock Registry which is Agriculture Canada } The Cane Corso Club of Canada has also brought Stefano Gandolfi to Canada in 2014 to judge our club show he is a very important man in the Cane Corso world as he helped write the standard for our breed and co-wrote a book on the breed, we are very honored that he made the trip to judge the Canadian Cane Corso’s. Stefano played a big part in the recovery of our breed. We have been involved in the Cane Corso Club Of Canada for some years and recently the CFC { Canine Federation of Canada } also SACCI out of the USA . These dogs are not for everyone they require committed owners that are capable of providing guidence, training and lots of socializing. Please do lots of research before buying one of these dogs!
